Jeff Fuller, President

I have spent more than 25 years shaping schools into places where students and educators thrive. I began my career as a classroom teacher in a small 1A district in East Texas and retired as the Executive Director of School Improvement, Leadership Development, Assessment, and Accountability in the seventh largest school district in Texas. I recognized that great teaching and student success flourishes under great leadership. That belief guided my path from teacher to principal, where I opened four new campuses, built high-performing teams, and transformed schools into A-rated learning communities.

As the Executive Director of School Improvement, Leadership Development, Assessment, and Accountability, I spearheaded district-wide professional development initiatives, including the establishment of observation and feedback cycles, the facilitation of data-driven instructional meetings, and the cultivation of school cultures that prioritize high student achievement. These efforts aimed to enhance instructional practices, develop future leaders, and promote organizational health. My initiatives have consistently resulted in improved student outcomes, even amidst increasing challenges.

Today, through JEFuller Consulting, I bring that same passion and expertise to the broader K–12 community. My mission is simple yet powerful: to equip leaders with the skills to grow teachers and ensure every student’s success. By helping educators lead with vision, purpose, and courage, I equip schools to achieve lasting student success.

Testimonials

  • As leaders, we often know what needs to be done, but we don’t always know how to do it with fidelity, or how to bring an entire team of educators alongside us in the process. Jeff modeled not only the systems and structures to make it possible, but also the belief and persistence it takes to see it through. I am the leader I am today because of Jeff. He invested an endless amount of time mentoring me, challenging me, and believing in me, even on days when I doubted myself. He didn’t just grow me as a principal; he reminded me of the “why” behind leadership and gave me the confidence to lead with purpose and conviction.

    - Amber DeBeaumont, Principal, Veterans Memorial Intermediate

  • “Because of Jeff’s guidance, our campus ended the year with a letter grade of B in accountability. He walked us step by step through Get Better Faster (GBF), helped us begin calibrating as leaders, and coached us on how to better support teachers. This process not only improved our instructional practices but also gave us a stronger, more unified leadership approach. His expertise made a real difference in both our teaching and student outcomes.”

    - Willie Kelly, Associate Principal for Instruction, Conroe High School

  • “With the support of Jeff and his team, our campus improved its accountability rating from an F to a B with our first ever distinctions. Their team demonstrated deep expertise, patience, and a collaborative spirit throughout the entire process. Their comprehensive approach to school improvement began with a root cause analysis, followed by guidance in developing a clear mission and vision, and continued with monitoring and adjusting throughout the year. They also played a key role in the creation and ongoing monitoring of our Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP).”

  • I have had the privilege of working with Jeff Fuller and his team since 2019. From the beginning, Jeff has served as both a mentor and a coach, shaping my growth as an assistant principal and later as a principal. His guidance in data-driven instruction not only deepened my understanding but also gave me practical tools to immediately implement on my campus. Jeff models what it means to be a reflective leader. He is always open to feedback on his own practices while also providing clear, actionable feedback that pushed me to become a stronger educator and leader. As a participant in his Principal Prep Program during 2021–2022, I experienced firsthand how he develops leaders with intentionality. He even entrusted me with the opportunity to lead a session on data-driven instruction in 2022–2023, which stretched me professionally and built my confidence in leading others. Once I became a principal, Jeff did not step away; he checked in regularly and provided hands-on mentorship. His wealth of knowledge and real-world experience helped me accelerate my growth as a school leader. With his guidance, I was able to lead my campus from a C rating to a B rating, earning a distinction in ELA/Reading. Jeff’s influence has been pivotal in my leadership journey. His mentorship is not surface-level; it is rooted in practical application, accountability, and genuine investment in the success of others. Any educator or leader who has the opportunity to learn from him will walk away better prepared to serve students and communities.New List Item
